hahahahaa, no kidding i overheard these two skinny/fat nerds int he gym about a year ago talking about one of the gym monsters who was benching 405 for a few reps as they were doing "stability ball" presses with a pair of 60's, "honestly dude what that guy is doing is way outdated and obsolete, what were doing is actually better at building mass"
