I never listened to rush and dont really listen to talk radio except for this one guy who is a lawyer here in houston and does a radio the majority of the show is politics and some of it is ppl calling in asking questions about law and such pretty interesting.

he clarified in the show i believe i read a little bit of the article as I know 240 loves to spin shit. He did say he wants liberalism to fail after he said i want him to fail.

Everyone already knew Bush was going to fail.  That was no surprise.  He has failed at everything he has attempted in the past.  There was no one that expected any different other than the continuation of crash and failure on his part.  

Failed in his attempt to win a Congress seat.
Failed to find oil in Texas.
Failed Oil company. Bankruptcy (no surprise)
Failed to win Gov. of Texas on his own.  Had to rely on his daddy to practically give it to him.
Failed to win POTUS on the popular vote.  Daddy had to rescue him again with his S.C. appointees.
Failed to read preemptive warnings on 9-11 attack because he took the entire month of August off.

U can't look at ground taken by the Taliban and say their doing well...it doesn't work like that. They don't and can't hold shit. They have villages and small valleys that we know are big trouble...but we go into em and kill as many guys as we can. Bush didn't like it because guys were coming in, getting cash, and leaving. That doesn't make any sense when ur at war. The US military exists to fight and win wars...not pay for college. They compromised and allowed a transfer of benefits, something that alot of people have been trying for years before Bush got in.
