For me, always the results count.
I met some stupid asses who brag about his MBA to me and they make less money than me... And I said to them "You studied hard about business no? why dont you make money now?
Same goes to fitness instructors, they talk their theories blah blah blah.... Then I would like to say "Then why you look like shit?"
I dont say that they should look excellent. But at least, he or she should have decent body with around 12%bf at least.
That's simply no comparison. When you have a MBA it sounds logic you want to make big bucks, but why would/should/could a trainer?
In fact, you don't need a top level pro for a good workout schedule or training tips, because this task is for most clients the most easiest part. What separates a good trainer from the average instructor lies more on the mental, social and communication level. Of course, there's noting wrong with a good looking instructor but there
is something wrong if he got no further skills.
