BS, then you're not doing it the right way/use too much weight to stimulate your ego but not your muscles.
Imo especially as a natural you can't even afford to go without squats. Heavy squats make everything grow, not just your legs but your whole body. Also they speed up your metabolism for at least 48 hours.
I would love if you could back this up.
I've tried squats several times and they don't work for me. Just feels wrong, could be my structure.
So since I started training I've almost exclusively been doing hack squats and leg presses and my legs have grown like weed.
