haha, this is a bodybuilding board, and since Nasser is one of the best bodybuilders of all time (best in my opinion), I thought I would give back to the getbig community by giving additional details of how his day went to give you a better idea of the typical day of the retired Three Times (at least) Uncrowned Mr. Olympia as well as some training and diet info.
