Hmm. Vespasian had the Roman Colosseum constructed using concrete in places. Maybe he was onto something?  :D

this is the biggest most impressive natural i know.. hes a natty pro as well. Gets smoked though cause he really is natty and most of the guys in the musclemania take more shit then the npc lol... I watched him go from an impressive but small 185-190 when we were kids to all time biggest here which was 210 and it took him 25 years basically.  It took me three years of being on small cycles to surpass him  when we were kids. LOL...

i advocate 4 meals a day - every 5 hours the 4th meal always being a 100g milk protein drink before bed ( as a 40g casein shake has been shown to take approx 7 hours to digest, with protein synthesis remaining elevated the whole time). i also have a pre workout drink ( 500ml of milk+ 10g creatine).

I have came to this conclusion from reading many studies on meal frequency, diets, synthsis rates/timescales etc that show either no difference or a slight benefit to the lower frequency in terms of muscle and strength gain.
