blurred vision after training
« on: February 09, 2009, 02:49:11 AM »
After heavy sets I often get blurred vision, stuff in the distance is blurred for about 5-10 minutes.  Anyone else get this?  Reading on the internet is diagnosing me with everything from multiple sclerosis to drunkeness.
It hasn't helped...

Could you be holding your breath while lifting?

i seem to get that after a heavy leg workout.. i think because the blood is in my lower extremities.

is it all muscle groups that this happens?

improper breathing could be the culprit as mentioned before, i try to remember to breathe but sometimes catch myself holding on heavy lifts...especially when training with a partner and they tell me im holding to much...lol

Have kept an eye on this and I don't think its the breathing.  Might go get some blood work done, could have something to do with sugar levels, it better be nothing, seeing I'm only 27 years old!
