Raising the Bar - The 6 foods that work

It sucks how his family can be an absolute pain in the ass, let the guy do what hes gotta do.
They all seem to be lazy bastards who've never relied on willpower in their entire lifes

yeah he makes a good point about the comments people make.  It amazes me teh shit people that are on the verge of diabetes who are clearly 50lbs overweight, say about eating cleanly out of resentment and jealously.  Its as if this people all want everyone else to join the fat party, I dont even think its conscious on their part.

Is this guy an IFBB or so? He surely takes this stuff way to serious. Only 6 foods that work in contestprep. Yeah right  ::)

Dave's frig looks just like mine.  Know what?  6 foods & that's more than enough.  If you can't do it, get out!

What's up Dave?

dave works at the gym i work at,hes a great guy, helps everyone out who asks.hes not your typical bodybuilder in the sense he is very humble and treats the new members with just as much respect as the old members.daves well liked in our town and im gonna hire him soon for my pre summer shape up and diet program.his diet and workout programs are famous in our area for taking out of shape people and getting them lean and musculer in record time,i think he has a crystal ball in that office.he also sees all of his clients every week to weigh, measure and talk about how thier training and diets are going.he really cares about his clients success

I just can't fathom this mechanistic approach, and 6 foods? Even in  a very clean diet you can have many more ingredients, but that requires some creativity and inspiration, which a lot of BBers seem to lack completely.

and before people say it takes a lot of inspiration to lead such a repetitive and regimented life...watch any of the BB vids, inspiration made an ever grinding wheel of drudgery!

too bad you dont know wtf you're talking about... i would much rather prep natty then on. And i have done it both ways myself and with hundreds of my guys. Its alot easier to get dry as a bone and lean off drugs, too bad you end up a skinny twat looking like a michael phelps rather then a bodybuilder but hey your natty still even on those methylated ph's over the counter that are twice as bad as real drugs

Seems like a great guy, but he suffers too much for "nothing".
Body looks like it's about to fall apart.

Truth right there, I mean hell I'm not even a bodybuilder nor even close to it, and people used to complain about how often I ate etc etc, When I lost 20 pounds, eating 6 times a day, I constantly was told "If you eat that often you will get fat!!!"
It just makes you seriously mad.

At that dinner for example, they joke and joke and joke and think its funny, he doesn't. So why the fuck cant they just do what they do instead of bothering him.
They don't seem to have any respect for eachother in that family.

It's no different to what people say in everyday life. Always trying to change what you do. I have copped it almost since i started training. When i got to a certain size the comments slowed down a lot but i still get some.

Who knows why. Normal people seem to have little responsibilities to me, not the mindset that they must eat at this time or must train at this time. Life is nothing to them.

When it comes to Hormone, YES you are right.

But, if you can use Clen and GH, its gonna be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier to shed the fat off.

I think they are most likely just joking around for the camera. I am sure he has been doing this long enough that they are used to it. It does sort of remind me though of the family guy cut scene where the world's fattest twins are riding their motorcycles and the one twin says he is thinking of starting adkins and the other twin goes "oooo...i've heard that's bad for you"

Another idiot guido juicer, trying to place more importance on what he does, than there actually is.
You take drugs, you lift, you eat...big deal. ;)  Same guy who has 2 spotters at the gym constantly working on the "mind muscle" connection.  Same principle behind competing.  Mainly, people on drugs who need to validate there reasoning for taking anabolics...because they simply could not achieve a very good physique on their own.
And people wonder where the term "meathead" comes from.

gotta agree with crabby here....this guy is obsessed with this idiotic pursuit and not letting go of it anytime soon, ...his family are the ones to blame for Dave being obsessed with physical appearences and all things shallow.....but I will say Dave is artistic and has a talent at directing and film editing, he can tell a story with his cuts and film shots...but it comes across a bit unoriginal and about 10 yrs dated...I would suggest he put down the weights and study film editing in NY or LA for a while..update his skills...I think he has talent.

its true i get much drier when im dieting and training natural, off the anabolics, but i end up looking to stringy especially in my legs,i guess i overdo the cardio to much.i just cant seem to control my appetite when i do any type of testosterone,i can diet like a champ natural,no problems at all controlling my portions and what i eat,but aweek or 2 after im on the juice i want to eat everything in sight,it sucks
