Try attending a AAA meeting .There is good support there, and sometimes some hot single girls to hook up with

All kidding aside Iv'e been back training for almost 3 months now and i haven't so much as had a drink, and i'm in better shape now than i have been in a long time.

 I ALWAYS get a good workout in now and I never miss a day because i got blown out the night before.
good news for a change

I have been a hardcore alcoholic since i was probably 16 or 17, thanks dad :P. I now rarely drink mabye 2 -3 times a year.
 It sounds realy cheesy but working out going to the gym did save my life. I'm 32 by the way. If i do "slip up" and drink to much, it destroys what feels like 10 pounds of muscle overnight. I think mabye the younger guys don't realize how bad its fucking them up, even though they feel alright.
