Sleeping disorder - not yet established
Apathy, lack of motivation - who's motivated to accomplish tasks? A task, by definition, is something performed out of obligation, not enjoyment.
Lack of energy combined with burst of energy - Lots of possible causes, namely diet, and not out of the norm.
Difficulties enjoying stuff - if it's everything then that's a problem, but who enjoys getting up to go to work, cleaning, or doing their paperwork?
Mood swings - who doesn't? You ever live with a woman?
Concentration problems. - if a topic is interesting, it doesn't require concentration, and if it's boring then of course it's hard to keep your mind on it.
Easily distracted - Again, a lot of daily life involves fulfilling obligations. If you weren't distracted from things which don't interest you then you are a nut or a boring sob.
Difficult to complete tasks - you mean like mowing the lawn? Of course not. A task like building a business takes a little longer. What kind of task are we talking about?
That's the criteria for 'depression?' That list would apply to damn near everyone. There's no reference to actual emotional depression - feeling frequently or constantly sad, tearful, emotionally low, constantly thinking of things which make you feel bad, suicidal thoughts, avoiding social interaction, or being told by others that you seem depressed. Do you think there's any chance that lists like this one are heavily influenced by pharmaceutical manufacturers?
