You also could have a vitamin deficiency...you may want to try a Super B vitamin.  B vitamins, because they are water soluble and our bodies consistently need them, need to be replenished frequently and a lack of sufficient B vitamins can lead to fatigue, headaches, restlessnes...It may be worth a try if you haven't already.

Yeah ithink this could be my problem at the moment.. im just lacking energy.. don't even do that much..lol

Im the tallest one in my family even at 5"7 lol...

I should really check the legs though, would be cool to go out jogging

Fair enough dude.  Tell a GP about your problem tho and I'll be surprised if he doesn't get you checked for apnea.  I'm in the queue to get checked myself.

You are most likely suffering from depression.

It happens quite often wintertime in your country,
when you dont go to work or school.
Combined with no daylight.

Just get some Prozac and you will notice a big change.

Some antidepressants can make you bigger, wich is perfect
for BB.

Some make you sleep deep and you will wake up feeling rested.

Get some from a doctor, if you dont like them, give them away.
They are almost for free in your country right?
Just 50bucks for 6months supply or something like that.

I would never take antidepressants, I would rather be tired all day :)

Sleeping disorder - not yet established

Apathy, lack of motivation - who's motivated to accomplish tasks?  A task, by definition, is something performed out of obligation, not enjoyment.

Lack of energy combined with burst of energy - Lots of possible causes, namely diet, and not out of the norm.

Difficulties enjoying stuff - if it's everything then that's a problem, but who enjoys getting up to go to work, cleaning, or doing their paperwork?

Mood swings - who doesn't?  You ever live with a woman?

Concentration problems. - if a topic is interesting, it doesn't require concentration, and if it's boring then of course it's hard to keep your mind on it.

Easily distracted - Again, a lot of daily life involves fulfilling obligations.  If you weren't distracted from things which don't interest you then you are a nut or a boring sob.

Difficult to complete tasks - you mean like mowing the lawn?  Of course not.  A task like building a business takes a little longer.  What kind of task are we talking about?

That's the criteria for 'depression?'  That list would apply to damn near everyone.  There's no reference to actual emotional depression - feeling frequently or constantly sad, tearful, emotionally low, constantly thinking of things which make you feel bad, suicidal thoughts, avoiding social interaction, or being told by others that you seem depressed.  Do you think there's any chance that lists like this one are heavily influenced by pharmaceutical manufacturers?
