I didn't do any heavy for legs this year. Squatting with 400 and leg pressing with 1100 during the offseason insead of 570 and 1550...

I think your legs are big enough
maybe focus on the pecs in a diff way ?
I had an imballance between pecs and arm delt combo
The more intense I trained the chest with pressing stuff the bigger my delts and triceps got
I switched to preexhausting and high volume short breaks and felt my pecs muuuuuuuuch better
I'm sure you are laughing at this but honestly in 2003 I trained like this w/ Ron Love and one of the things we focused on was this. We had great results
I learned a whole diff way to train the chest
