i agree.... for his torso they werent over developed as they were with the likes of flex of levrone, thing with nasser what realy let him down was the lack of striations, especialy in the arms..

He did have to use synthol or esciline (spelling?)  but so did the other guys like levrone and Flex so it was all fair

i was just reading an old MD article by Flex where he admitted that he was doing 21 Esiclene injections at once and would get so tired from it that he would pass out. :o

He doesn't need to fluff up his genetics , he always admitted that putting size on was very hard for him ( natural ectomorph ) I usually don't put much faith in what Flex says read his book lol

He said that  he would do a T-formation on his delts with the Escilene. Which does sound credible, and logical. Across the three heads, and down the side delt, I assume.

I don't know about that, he was at lighter bodyweight back before heis accident, so maybe, the "passing out" business was after his accident, when he was trying to overcompensate. I beleive, that like he said, when he saw the 1994 Mr. Olympia, that his mind was too far blown away, and he believed that he would never reach that type or level again, so when he came back he started doing everything and anything. I beleived he came back TOO soon. He needed to take another yr off. Had he done that, he might have won the 1996 Arnold Classic

i never said his arms were underveloped i say they are small for his torso... and the are all the pics posted top refute my point are either vid cap screen shots.. or carefully selected one post any pic of wheeler or heath their arms look big from whatever angle...... like rhul nasser triceps were lacking especially in comparision to their biceps also big bobs i stated my opnion about bodybuilding no need to mention my name in the thread header (title) a lot of people expressed opinions about nasser on the thread too , what now are you gonna make a thread for each of them with their names in the title.... i dont mind debating but dont make it personal.. dont be like the biggest loser on the site.. I need not mention any names

Nasser getting destroyed by both Shawn and Dorian's backs in that pic - the only visible muscle group that Nasser is beating them on there is hamstrings.
