All your posts are sickeningly fawning and pathetically ingratiating.

strong words gimmick.

Francois came to my old gym in just that shape once...they don't make them like that anymore.

"That shape" doesn't look all that next to Huge Nasser :)

how many of you have been in the shape of your life?

i have not...yet

And how anyone can know??.. as long as you are still able to train and diet you have to put in mind that your best shape is still not achieved.. till one day you lose the hope to achieve it you can consider whatever good shape you achieved before as your best..
Dorian was not considering his shape of mr. Olympia 95 as his best except after he retired.. before this he had the hope to achieve something better..

Okay here we go gotta talk about my past again.  Why do you guys pull it out of me.  But it does go along with the thread title.  Anyway, strength wise I was strongest in 1985-86.  In 1993-94 I was just as strong and tan as hell.  In 1998 just before I got hurt I was in my best cardio conditioning ever and still was benching over 500.  I was riding my bike 28 miles a day and that was over some pretty good hills.  Plus I was pulling that stupid tire filled with cement around Diamond Head and through Kahala.  I loved to sweat and I was in very good condition going down to 275.  Now, I of course look like shit.  But, the thread says shape of your life so it is okay this time. ;D

Oh forgot.  I just got an email from someone telling they won something over the weekend or something.  I never met them but their dad was one of my heroes as a kid and I got to help him when he was teaching tennis at the courts across the street from my house as a kid.  Tennis has always been one of my favorite sports

Big bastard right there. How much did the tire filled with cement weigh man? And didn't the sound of it scraping the road grate on your (and the surrounding residents') nerves?
