you seem to be expert in Natural bodybuilding and I really need your advice to tell how I can get Pro Card for any organization that hold Natural Bodybuilding completions. I will list for you some headlines as follows:

1-Can I compete in their contests without being a member in a Local Club in my country?

2- What are the best Organizations for Natural Bodybuilding?

3- Would you please list for me some coming natural competition (Dates & location)? because I am almost ready for natural completion.

4- Are there any other application that I have to fill?

looks better in the "before" pic.
i think naturals shouldnt be that ripped, guys like kyomu and goudy look great but are not shredded so they still have the fullness the natural trainer needs so desperately.
i also think that a guy like frank zane looked way better and healthier in the offseason beachpics with arnold then he did on stage.
its not hard to get shredded but its nice if you could still keep a bit of your muscle.

I'm not sure i agree with that.

Sure a guy may not be as ripped as him.

But there are naturals who have lots of size + great genetic shape (round full muscle bellies)

But not "ripped"
