What is this?  Looks totally amazing!!!

It's called "Cremeschnitte". It's vanilla creme filled pastry, although the creme is more pudding like. :)

yep, took about 40 min inlucding mixing everything and bake time.

This is my second time baking something..  The first time was last weekend when I did a "sugarcake" also  ;D

the top looks like a crust, its not, ts soft and nice hehe

My maintenance is about 2500kcals. Right now I'm cutting so I eat about 2000kcals a day. Since I have a pig-out day each week, I actually eat around 1750 on weekdays and 3500 on the pig-out day. I train 3-4 times a week, 1-2h. No cardio.
