that was november 2005, and i was 172 the day of that show.

i competed at 178 the following July ( 8 months later)...

so now with a near 3 year layoff im very anxious to know where i fall in weight.

cool. If you can come in at your goal weight (192-5 was it?) I think you'll be happy with yourself.

it's time to get shredded and nothing else! i'll surely be happy to see a bigger number than expected,

but this comes second to the importance of conditioning to me.

***on a side note, weird thing happened. i woke up at 225 this morining! WTF!? (i was 219 yesterday!)

don't know what the hell i did to have bloated 6 pounds from one morning to the next  :-\  :-\  :-\

yeah well it happened.

cute, but no experience, and nowhere to lie, just so tight i had problems getting 1 FINGER in her...lol
left her about a year ago this time. since then, kept a low profile on that shit and started dating something MUCH MUCH better
since November.

you can ask Stavios how she looks (he will see her at my show) in 10 weeks.
i won't post a picture on here for obvious reasons.
but anyways...extra tight virgin emo-chick is gone. long gone!

i didnt really have a sodium binge....
didnt take in more tuna or anything in a can.

2 different things, is i made my vegetables in a soup (just tomato, broccoli,cauliflower,hot peppers and string beans) but didnt put salt or soya, noothing. theres no sodium there really.

and yesterday evening got a deep tissue massage on my legs...

i really dont know.

usually i gain that too after a cheat, but i didnt do anything THAT drastic.

tonight Leo checks out my poses. we'll see what he says.

Don't "slam" into your poses. That is old school 80's shit. Just ease into them slowly. Right now with your bodyfat levels the slamming stuff makes places jiggle that you don't need to jiggle.


Legs are overwhelming your upper body. You need to drop what... maybe 4-5% more bodyfat? Have you learned how to drop your water yet?



I would work on the upper body with some powerlifting type stuff, deads, benches, close grips for triceps, partial rows, chins... Unless you decide just to get peeled with what you got, I would sit this one out.
