exactly my point. i thought the pics looked good, but there are much much better that ive seen around. amazing how little they think is achievable.
275 lbs is just a weight, its not a ripped weight. i know guys who weighed 275 LBS in HIGHSCHOOL. its not all muscle, its a lot of fat, but no one claimed my brother was ripped at 275, it was just how heavy he was in the before pics. even in the after pics he is not "ripped", he is just at a low body fat.
musclemcmmannus tries to compare to arnold?! no claims were made, and there is a large difference between 235 lbs in a lean condition and 235 lbs in super ripped condition. also where the muscle is placed makes large difference as well. for instance if one guy weighs 210 and another 211, but that extra pound is in his arms, i imagine you would see quite adifference in the two physiques.
