Did chest with the barbel today and decided to put up a few clips....
Today was the first day of summer in London so it was hot ... Sapped a lotta my strength even set 1 felt hard plus ive got a slight pec injury and a sprained wrist.all on the right side. So far from my best workout..
after bench i coulnt do inclines as the pain in the right shoulder was immense so.. I did heavy hammer strengh presses then flyes the crossovers
