friednd ,,when i won my first pro show you still sucked on breast milk from your mommy breast ,,if you were natural which you are not at yoru 5;8 height or how ever it is you are you would have a max of 16.5-17 inch arms naturally! and not at 6% ...try 10%
at your body fat in those pictures which is 8% if you were truly natiral your arms would mesure somewhere around 16-16.5 flexed
those are 5'8 numbers ..little taller? add another 1/4 inch
and those mesurmenets are for fellas with good arm respond to training WHO ARE TRULY NATURAL not clean

i know of several guys who are 5'10" and sport 19" arms and have never ever touched a steroid in their lives. One of the guys- who others referred to as "the freak"- burney visser- mr. junior SA in the early 1980s- people used to say that he didnt need to even train- just turn up a tthe gym and look at the weights and he grew,...lol..
anywhoo, this guy was genetically hairless- of dutch/european origin, but australian born, and had 19.5 inch arms at competition condition at age 19..and got bigger, and today is age 50, still benches 350lb for reps, still hairless, still eats what he wants and doesnt get fat, and still has never touched a steroid. He is 5'9" tall.
he's what i call a freak, but ive seen others who have trained for a decade or so and grew 19" arms at under 6' tall and never touched a steroid, mind drug, diet drug or pill..ever.
Its just that insecure, egotistic drug sponge pros need to feel justification for their insane and unscientific drug use.
in reality none of them have any prove-able data to back up their stacks and dosages for efficacy, however the adage that "loads is better" does apply- but at incredible risk.
the other aspect is, that anyone who has ever used gear and then not used it for long periods of time, would agree that for some reason when you are on the gear, you just dont train as hard as you do when you are not. When you are striving for every gain, you tend to be more disciplined, and work harder, and appreciate every ounce. When you hardly need to move to add muscle, you get lazy. Instead of working harder and smarter, you simply up the doses.
