You can't "nh" your way out of that one.

We have NatWonder lecturing us about Bison attacks right now, so that will take our focus for the time being.

In the last 15 days I have played 4 games of baseball.  Back to back Sat / Sun.

I was not limited in game, but there is pain just behind the ball of the foot, and inflammation in the area called the "knot of henry".  nh.

I guess it's just going to be this way.

As long as it's an "osis" and not injury, I guess I can deal, but it seems avoiding surgery was the right call for now.  Have to keep up the PT parts on my own now, which I am traditionally not the best at.

Could this be planter faciitis?

I had similar issue years ago after stepping on a rock while camping.

Supporting insoles with arch support cured it.

Have you tried something like that?

I have the insoles in all my shoes now.

Something like these:

It very well may have progressed into that.  Good call out - let me look at the symptoms.

After my bone break a few years ago, had to get custom insoles - they were $400.  During rehab on this one, had to get some carbon fiber ones that were $150, so hesitant to buy more - but if I have pf, will give it a shot.

Thanks dude.
