Seated Rows

After this next race, I think I want to give this style another shot....I imagine if I did 5 different exercises for back right now I would'nt be able to move the next day.

Did you mention in this or another thread a while back that you made a ruck sack?

I seem to recall somebody discussing the pros and cons of using army surplus duffle bags filled with sand.
I know you do a good bit of that Tough Mudder training. Any input?

I didn't make a ruck, I bought a GR1 and a GR Sandbag from goruck.com  I've made pull sleds, plyo boxes, SS bar, though.  We were talking to Calvin about which type of exercise sand to put in his sandbag, so maybe that's what you remember.

I have a sticky thread of the type of training I do -  check it out from the beginning.   Done Tough Mudders, Spartan sprints, supers, and have a Beast in Sept, followed by a GoRuck event.  PM me if you have any specific questions.
