cool, but yeah it did not show lenny in a positive light, and you know what ,lenny had same attitude at  least at the peak with phillies,i can do ever what the fuk i want attitude,he still has it,he has the demeanor of someone who brags always about self, needs constant self assurance, awareness, and needs to be the center of attention bar none.i would like some ex teamates spill on this assholes ways back in the day.

No, didn't say he was my hero.

Some of the previous posts were mentioning memories of his ballplaying days, which I have as well.

I don't purport to judge people I don't know personally.

My mother worked at Bryn Mawr Hospital where they had him after he wrecked his car w/ Dutch Daulton back in the 90's. She said he was a mess.

Last month, though, on March 23, Dykstra picked up the phone and woke up his mother with a call at around 6 in the morning, according to Kevin Dykstra, his younger brother. Lenny was stranded in Cleveland. He wanted to charter a jet so he could get to a business meeting on the West Coast, and his credit cards were maxed out. He needed nearly $23,000 and asked his mother for it, Kevin says.

His mother agreed to let him use her credit card.

Kevin Dykstra says she has yet to be repaid.

"He had no money," says Lenny's brother. "He is on the phone, crying to my mom, saying he has got to get home and he is in Cleveland, Ohio. He asked my mom to put up her credit card for 23 grand. That is just sick, dude.

"The whole family is mad and she is all sad, saying he caught her off guard. She was asleep. He was crying to her, man"

there was the time in philly lenny and a sportswriter were in a cab, the cabbie was a regular taking the players home after the game, he asked lenny to autograph a bat that all his regular fares lenny's philly teammates had signed. lenny said sure and proceeded to write fuck you instead of his signature on the bat. it was for the guys kid. that sums lenny up in two words all class.

Your pictures are funny and are posted at the right times.  He is entering "questionable" territory with this leprachaun pic.  But if he has your blessings, he has mine.
