Meal one is not a good choice for carbs, change to oatmeal. Your meals are too far apart with too much protein and carbs. Your bedtime meal is a not good for lasting protien throughout the night, Casin is best. I personally would space out 8 meals about every two hours with 50g of protien, giving your 400g. Too many protien drinks and not enough solid foods, either.

1- why would oatmeal be better than whole grain bagel ?
because of the GI ? I think it doesn't do much of a difference myself, I feel GI in overrated
2- Why are my meals too far apart ? Layne Norton posted a study, I will have to find the link, that it changes absolutely nothing to eat every 2 hours or every 4-6 hours. In fact I think his athletes eat every 4 hours in the off-season
3- I agree with the too much protein drinks but I just can eat any protein in the morning it makes me want to puke. I don't think it makes that much of a difference where the protein comes from
