i mean that you can't consider mike one of the "very" top in the 90s because before his name you have to always mention other 5-6 names!!.. may be he had the genetics to be one of the best but his bad luck (his illness or whatever) prevented him from achieving what he could!!
He wasn't one of the best of the 1990s but he was on his way , the guy was on a tear he won his first 4 pro shows , how many others can say that? how many? Flex Wheeler and Phil Heath ?? that's great company
he had loads of potential which was cut short he beat a LOT of seasoned pros of the 1990s including Flex and Nasser , Labrada , Munzer , etc , etc
