You and I have similar physiques
30 mins after every weight training session
(i know i know some will say it's to much this far out,but i want to get myself in reasonable shape first then "coast" into the show)
also started ECA stack...................
......clean diet(lotta protein i want to hold onto my muscle mass while i diet)
keep the muscle lose the fat.....................
.....
we will see how it goes...............it's all trial and error for me
