Your waist is growing thicker. Not fatter. But thicker. Looks like when those guys hit the slin and GH.

Improvements on legs, not extreme improvements, you don't seem to have the genetics for good legs, but visible improvements, which says a whole lot IMO.

Really getting it done on those legs.

The back also looks improved.

You look to have good potential for arms. May be overtraining them or something? They're just not going anywhere right now. Specifically, the biceps.

DUDE,

Still looking lean and quite dry for this far out.  Upper body looks great.

2 recommendations for the quads:

1.  Knees to armpits DEEEEP Leg Presses...not that b/s squat press either, I'm talking about an old school sled.  Don't overload it and go rep that shit for days....haha...

2.  Drop set your leg extensions on the last set.  Whatever your work weight is, cut it in half and do an extra set for 20 or higher reps.

Don't take offense to these, I mean well.  I know you're tall and bringing your legs up will be hard but it will help.  Best of luck on your next show.

weighted situps on decline bench with a double rep at the top of the situp. that extra movement at the top really crunches down hard on the abs. you got any arm tips?

Totally off topic here, but I'm gonna be a Dad on either April 30, 2007 or May 1, 2007.

Pretty crazy, huh?

Mike your still holding good condition.  I'd bump the weight and bodyfat up just a tad to put on some mass.  If you stay to low in bf% it makes it slightly harder to put on muscle weight.

mike if you want your legs to grow...just work and work and work them untill you cant work the anymore.  you cant do too many sets for legs. the more the better.....just make sure they heal up all the way before training them again.

that is what i read in MD at least.   ive never tried it though...as i dont really need to do much for legs to have them grow.

When is your next show?  Incredible that you stayed so lean if it's not soon!  Wow!  Great job Mike! :D

if those pics are recent, you're way too lean for almost a year out.  There's no way you'll be able to hold this condition and gain any mass b/t now and then.

Go for it mike!!!

i like the weighted machine crunches for abs, i do them twice a week. heavy weight, 8-12 reps.

looking improved!
