Perform alot of basic compound movements.  Bring up the weak areas.

 not lately no...................... .........(kinna forgot about them to be honest)

i need to go back to basics huh........heavy free weight movements
ill do it,it will be tough no doubt..........but ill do it!

Ummm he really can't go too heavy (he was actually told he could screw his back up for life {as in paralized} if he does).  We were in a bad car wreck in April which did a lot of damage on us both.   :-\

HAHAH this is funny, the car wreck was so bad that he still managed to train himself in to the shape of his life around that month and posted pics looking perfectly healthy?Monster excuses.

You're an utter moron  ::)  When did you get your PHd again?  Would you like to review the MRI's taken and the doctor's reports stating that he blew out a lower disc (bulges clean out the side of his spine, due to a quick impact blow). 

tell me didn't EVERYONE rank on him because of his legs?  He cannot squat heavy weight (his back can't take it) and is not supposed to over head press at all. 

These aren't any excuses.  Michael trains his ass off and does so daily.  I'm proud of the fact that he has so much determination, but wish he would listen better to his doctor.   :-\
