i would suggest after the comp you go on a stellar androgen cycle and regain lean mass slowly .. you actually resemble someone who is athletic at the mo rather than the dumpy , shapeless sack of spuds you was before.

Cheri and Mike are what BB is about..... There changes have done alot more than afford them the opportunity to win a plastic trophy.... They lift to lift and the results are coming in there life as well as physiques.

Nearly perfect side chest execution...make sure to can consistently hit it this way...w/o a mirror. The only thing I would change is the postion of the inner leg. Don't bend that one...
