i'm 5'11 1/2.....started the diet around 270lbs...16 days out i'm 225lbs

I need to jump on your scale.. 270 in that first pic.. Then 225 in the others.. So if you got on stage today you'd be a super-heavyweight.. What show will you be doing?

Maybe it's the scales in Australia, but if I were you I be more worried about coming in as a heavyweight and not looking the part..

to be honest i couldn't care less about how much i will weigh,i just want to be as sharp as possible.we all know being conditioned and dry is the number one priority.mate never said i was anything special then again i'm 26 and have used gear for a total of about 12months in the last 3 years and that's it.so we shall see what the future brings........

thanks mate..lol...they are getting a lil' better each year.
never played aussie rules,played rugby league from age 7-20.also played american football at sydney uni for about 5 years was a fullback and outside linebacker.also done alot of jujitsu.
