good luck mike,my show was damn hard i ended up 4th,came in too flat.wasn't going to do my state show in 8weeks,but i will now.have to get this load/deplete thing right :-\
see if i can win it 3years in a row,would make me feel better.how's the prep going?

i broke that elbow when i was 15 and i have a few screws and a plate in it :'(

Carb depletion these last couple of days before you load up is a bitch.  I know I wouldn't want to pose for any pics.  Plus at this point he's flat a board and can't get a pump to save his life....perfect.

Starting Wednesday I'd like to see how he dries out and fills up.  Thats a cool process to watch if you get it right.
