What's with this peacemaking?  Let's see Arvilla & Cheri vs. Adonis & Jezebelle in a steel cage tag team match with the winners declared Get Big's leading couple.

Let them find the peace

ROFLMAO!

This posts is so Mayhemesque.

Tell me, What is so hard about eating? It is so funny to see the majority of you "struggle" as if it were really a challenge to get ripped.  It is about the easiest thing you can do. Sorry if I am smarter and realize that I don`t have to eat like an idiot to get ripped.  I ate a T bone steak last night and woke up about 1.5 lbs lighter. hahah. I love it.

It takes Mike 6 months and hours of cardio and T-3 to drop 50 lbs.  I don`t even have to do cardio.  The more I figure this all out, the more and more I see just how delusional all of you are.

Pizza cravings?  I don`t have any because I eat pizza and hamburgers with chesse everyday.  I wish this shit was more of a challenge. I really do.

And what is this about working several jobs?  How come you people can`t have one REAL job?

hahahahahahahah.

It's soooooooo easy.  I eat anything I want all year long.  I usually have a cookie ice cream sandwich or a piece of cake for breakfast.  I finish off a whole can of whipped cream in a day.  hahhahah.  I love to cook and I eat alot of steak (not lean-doesn't taste good), cheeseburgers, mexican, pasta, Taco bell, Subway, etc.  I've never "dieted," I'm just cutting down my calories slightly with my boyfriend, and I've been losing at least a pound of fat a week.  A calorie is a calorie is a calorie!

I've never done cardio ever.  My cardio consists of laying on a raft in a pool.  That heat gets your heart pumping!  I'm very strong, I do compound movements--military, deadlifts, bench, etc 2 or 3 times a week.  Forty-five mins to an hour is all you need.

And it's really funny, baby, cause I also woke up exactly 1.5 lbs less after eating that steak!

Okay, let's have Adonis & Jezebelle VS. Arvilla & Cheri in a pizza 'n cheeseburger 'n cake eating contest.  Then weigh 'em all the next morning and whichever couple loses the most combined pounds (or gains the least pounds) wins.

I can only offer you this regarding that diet and cardio combo Jez, it's great when you're in your 20's and your metabolism is high, but don't maintain that same combo in your 30's and up or you won't stay that little for long.  Your metabolism slows with age and lack of proper diet and physical activity (cardio). JMO

TA's friend is pretty with a balanced look. A little thin for my tastes but a pretty girl.

I find it amusing how cutthroat women can be when it comes to looks. It's too bad women aren't judged on more important things.

You're being very diplomatic here Doc. Left to themselves, and especially when a man is involved, they damn near eat their own. Just brutal.

/not kidding. Just think of that office that you know that is staffed soley by women. I would rather try to broker a Mid-East peace deal than to work there.  ;)

Yea one big reason you're able to eat so much is because you're doing those compound movements that a lot of girls are afraid of.  Those boost metabolism more than anything, and expend a lot of calories.

Well, if you have heard it before...don't ya think there might be some truth to it?  If several people tell you don't put your hand in the fire because it's hot...do ya still put your hand in the fire?  It's true.  I had the metabolism of a speeding train when I was young.  You could litterally count my ribs through my skin, and I ate ... well lets say healthy (and I don't mean health food).  Wasn't until I got a little older that it wasn't so easy to just maintain.   :-\

I also don't plan on leading a unhealthy life of drinking, pill popping, smoking, and eating pure junk when I'm older.  It takes work to get fat admit it.

No, it takes lack of work, to get fat, but keep living your carefree cheeseburger/chocolate cake, laying on a float by the pool life Jez and you'll figure it out.  Not sure what pill poppin or smoking has to do with getting fat.  Most that pop pills and smoke are actually thin because they don't eat...but being 26, I guess you know more than me.  ::)   Take what I said as lessons learned, not critisism or an attack.

True Adonis,

If your a Genetic god, and have a FUrnace super churning metabaolism, bragging about how easy it is to diet and ge tin shape, why havent you ever competed? Your natural, so you shoudlnt have any issue, dieting gettingin great shape and comepting! WHy havent you? JUst curious...Because your bragging how you eat tbone steak and LOSE weight! You should do it!  :P

Dumping on mike for a insane transformation is cheap, and makes you and your side kick look trashy... Be happy for the guy, he didnt "just diet down" he totally transformed his physique, that blows yours out of the water right now..

Not many people realize it but just eating the right food and getting your heart goin a few times a week doing a physical activity can keep your metabloism up and burning all day long............

It's better to learn about your body when your young and can burn off things that aren't working then to wait till your in your 30's and just start to figure out what works good for your body.

Palumbo has a great metabloism not True Adonis, if his metabolism was so great i would think he would have more striations or vascularity.

Don't waste your time Cheri, she'll learn that lesson quite well as she gets older.  In another 10 years she'll wish she was you.  After a kid or two she'll finally get her wish and be twice  the woman you are, all 250lbs of her.
