I just think it is funny that some of you people think it is so hard to eat less food everyday for a few months and maybe throw some cardio in.

You act like dieting down is such an incredible feat.  It really isn`t.  Anyone can do it.  It is the easiest thing in the world and it sure is the easiest aspect of bodybuilding if one does it day in and out.

Mr. Adonis,

With all due respect, dieting is not the easiest thing in the world. Hence, why you have so many obese & overweight Americans alike on the verge of serious health conditions or even death.  Dieting isn't easy on the body or the mind, it takes serious discipline and a lot of time and money to stick with.  Most here work a 9-5 job and have families, making it difficult sometimes to make it to the gym or to fund some of these diet fads.  Be patient with us, for as although you are a seasoned veteran in this sport, the rest of us might not have the discipline and/or time to truly reach our goals at godspeed.

when they ran out of arguments last night, weedouttheweek started bashing my business and posting all this frontpage stuff.  Giftwrapped a chance to defend myself and talk about why i just might be a better value than frontpage.   So it might have backfired on them, who knows.  but you can read back, I didn't bring it up, and even when I ignored, weed kept inviting me back.

I don't think it has anything to do with that.  It is obvious that when pressed 240 can communicate on an adult level. I think for one am sick and tired of 240 giving backhanded compliments to everyone and letting them go unanswered. Your a big part of the reason the quality of this board is questioned.

Mike and Laura seem to be open, positive people. You seize ever opportunity to shit on people you can . . . it's pathetic. You gotta grow up man. In addition to this there's some kid here that shits on Laura's looks and uses her image as an  " uncomplimentary " avatar . . . keep it up Bro, cause I'm loving that avatar. No reasonable adult can question Laura's looks. Mike and Laura come across as good people.

Just fro the record, any work done by H&R Block on your behalf is only gonna be as accurate as the information you give them. It needs to be audited against declarations from others ( customers )

I think all the bullshit is getting to be too much. If you have problems, go to the Pm's. I do it, it's the best thing . . . Tap anyone ass once in a blue moon, but everyday with out fail . . . come on.

Rob, I must have missed it. When did you get married? What's your wife's name?

I do hope your happy.

The reason why most Americans are overweight is due to laziness, inconvenience and lack of knowledge.  Eating 1500-2000 calories everyday is also very cheap.   A competiton diet should be a whole lot cheaper than an offseason diet.  The same rule should apply for anyone making a calorie reduction.  I have a 9-5 job and it actually makes things a whole lot easier in that my break times are structured so I can eat on the dot every day.  It really is not hard if you know what to do and when to do it.

Good post though one more rep.

You know what Adonis? I don't like you but I tell the truth. I think you would look better than Mike if you have legs. I mean nobody here's ever seen them but IF. Now what do you plan to do? If you are a natural as you say compete in a natural show. They shouldn't stand a chance right? It would be a swimmer show. If you did that everyone who ever talked bad about your body could never say another word. AND we'd finally see you do some poses instead of those wierd pics you take.

The majority of Rob's services are sold to out-of-state customers, so he is neither collecting nor paying any sales tax on those transactions.

At the end of the year, he'll report his business income less expenses, and that will determine what he pays to both the IRS and his state's tax board.

There's nothing shady or benevolent about what he's doing - he just worded it incorrectly.

Ive alaways wanted to ask this . . . WHAT MAKES YOU AN EXPERT? WHAT CV DO YOU HAVE?

LOL... if I wasn't married, I wouldn't be on getbig!  I'd be out having fun :)

In case you missed my m*ltdown, it was because that punk MattT posted my wife's work information here and eencouraged ppl to contact her.  If I wasn't really married, posting my fictitious wife's information wouldn't be that big a deal.

Seriously, i think my reputation causes ppl to overreact to anything I say.  I asked about mike's weight class and Cheri made threats on me.  If Ron or CQ had asked the same question, would Cheri have cursed them out? Not likely.

I'm not that big of a prick.  Chick, IMO, is a poor rep for the athletes.  He started out by saying that he reps the PDI AND IFBB guys' interests, then changed his position.  When Toronto Pro was cancelled, he sympathized with Winston and told the athletes to "make lemonade".  He made some terrible accusations about me, then when they were proven untrue, he just dropped it.  Chick has called me every name in the book on getbig.

My rep causes ppl to overreact bigtime.  I could post the same stuff from a troll acct and most would get ignored.

Please quote where I questioned Mike's accomplishment.

I asked how many people were in his class.  Fair question, right?

Anyone WINNER who understands the basics of life know that, if things are "easy"--then youa ren't pushing yourself hard enough. You can alwaysr each for a higher rung on the ladder. And the rungs on the ladder never stop going up.

Adonis doesn't know this.

I think you need to take a step back and realise that most people considered mike to be a winner a long time ago.  We've been endlessly positive the whole time and complimented on his success.  The concept of "mike in shape" and "mike having achieved his goals" really was effective over a while back.  The only thing left to comment on was the show and the particulars and it is far from the first thing to say to ask that question because we've been here throughout his prep and said plenty of things.

As I say, mike won a long time ago to most of us and we let him know already.
Ditto. This comment is right on the money.

Rob, I must have missed it. When did you get married? What's your wife's name?

I do give HR Block accurate info- I give them everything.  I have seen too many successful famous people go down for thinking they can outwit the IRS, and that is not a headache i desire.

And I would like to keep my wife out of it, Beef.  Some ppl here don't know how to separate real life from message boards, and people have called my house before, pranking with some cruel stuff.  I know there are crazies in the world, and since my wife has no involvement here, I would like to keep her out of the conversation.

If his accountant knows what he's doing, 240 will get a 100% write-off.

But all in the very first year? You might want to check that.

240 Man you are the master at the art of subtlety(sp?) Hence-you have snared way to many people into a sense of false genuiness. But you know you have the ability to get under anyone's nerves with as few words as possible.Reap the rewards(if there are any) and enjoy the infamy. Really this place is great because of Mike, & Cheri, & you. Part and parcel.   Get Big is sa-weet 8)

Dunno.  I know there is depreciation and all that good stuff, I know that you can only deduct so much.  I just save everything in piles, and I'll let them do the best they can for me.

I'm not an accountant, but I believe the law states that anything over $100 needs to be deprecaited over time.

I would suggest, when you decide to get big, setting up an LLC. Now, that we the laws start working in your favor.
