You need to buy Milos' DVD. There is a pretty good section on legs. I heard he will refund your money if you are not happy.  ;)

He was tanning prior to the show, then got spray tanned two days before and then we put on 2 coats of pro-tan the day before and then another 2-3 coats the morning of.

And no, I haven't been running the bleachers STella, come and kick my ass.  The stadium isn't really by me so I don't go.  I run stairs at work and at home.  I have to do something different than bleachers.  Any suggestions?  btw...i luv u   ;D

mike man, your the reason i decided to diet down to a good weight instead of staying big and blocky.. although they clowns are giving me shit i posted my pics on the Y... down from 250 to 238... keeping my carbs under 100 and about 240 grams of protein a day.. with 2 25min cardio a day, once before breakfest and the other after my post workout shake..  now i know how you felt when all the haters came out of the woodwork when you try to diet down and look good for yourself like me, or for a show or whatever reason you decided, but; aside from that thanks,
