im only 240 lbs but my arms are the same size as when i was 270 lbs

Im trying to bring them up
squatting every workout /hitting hamstrings twice a week
calves every other day

well see what happens...............

    All jokes aside I read somewhere once about a guy who was helping his wife prepare for a BB show and he tried that(wood stain) and she died. hahaha  what an idiot.

Hedge...I'm gonna guess because he wants to get tan, and although we live in Florida...it's still a bit chilly this time of year to go to the beach.  ;)
