That pic was taken when I was eating vegetables only for carbs, the last few weeks of dieting so obviously I was Flat.  I will post pics this weekend.   I'm up 6-7lbs just from adding oatmeal, potatoes, and some fruit to my diet, I'm gradually increasing my calories.

Well I'm sure my measurements were all less during those few weeks of carb depletion.  Muscles will get smaller and look flat without carbs (glycogen).  So you're right my arms were most likely not 17" that day flexed as well as other measurements.

This has definitely turned into an intersting thread.

MindSpin, you have to understand where all this "hate" is coming from.  Our lovely "friend" Bast1 has been ribbing on all without showing a single pic of himself (of which he constantly praises).  At least all those who have posted pics (myself included)have done so with the knowledge they are open for "comment".  Bast is a chicken-shit.  He was sought out and put out.  It was ... his own demise, if you will.

He came on strong the last month, bragging he was down to 6% BF, and dumping all over arvilla. Then he got on me for diet- said I had to get down to 1200 cal a day, and got snappy when I asked him to back it up with reason. Also he threatened someone's kids on another board :(

So anyway, his pic came out and it appeared he was not the mass monster he claimed (and no leg training!). Everyone teased him, so he promised his pics would be up this weekend. Then he deleted his account and disappeared.  His excuse of 'Carb-Depleted' shall live forever tho.
