its true.....i love mopars

I know a guy out here in Ca that collects mopars.

My favorite that he has is a 71 Hemi Cuda.  He also has a Hemi Charger & Super Bee just to name a couple.

It's the same color as this one & it's all original with less than 12,000 miles when he bought it.

actually the read end gears were 456 it was set up for drag racing (it would barely go over 55 mph on the highway without "winding out") that car was fun..pistol grip shifter, line lock.............lay a patch of rubber a mile long, lol not many people beat me in that car in the quarter mile

Believe it or not that car is on the road again.  Took a lot of work -- but well worth it.

No not my car -- but a friend of mine's.  I know nothing about cars actually -- other that I have a fondness for muscle cars.  Pretty sure he put a Hemi in there of some sort.

Actually, I am pretty sure it is a 71' charger and one of four that he and his brother own.

BTW -- they are both MassHoles.  Must be something about the water.   8)

lol! a hemi charger.........sweet! ( do you believe chrysler offered the color "pink pather pink" as an option), my friend had a 1970 R/T  charger 440 sixpack....it was bright pink.....  strange but very fast( slicks and wheelie bars on it, we all raced at an industrial park that we had marked off as exactly a quarter mile, on a good nite there would be a 100 people up there watching us race, cars would be trailered in from outta town all for bragging rights over who had the fastest car, sometimes the cops would even show up to watch....

The guy I know has a Charger in this puke looking green.  He bought the car because the color was used on a very low production.

This guy has more $$$$$ than he knows what to do with & has a love for muscle cars.

The 67 Chevelle, to me, has nicer lines than the 68 & 69 which are still awesome cars.

Was your 70 Chevelle original?

I went back & realized you said "you like the 70 SS"....

ooops  ;D

The 427 IMO is a much better engine than the 454.

With what that guy had under the hood.....i wouldn't feel bad by getting beat.
