I laughed to flower. The funny thing is that when we were at the lake, there we a couple ducks or geese swimming far back and Michael actually said ... look, it's Nessie. So ya the Nessie thing was great. The sign ... kinda funny, but poorly photoshopped. lol

yeah man you look really big. if you just want to get as big as possible you are doing a good job. but personally i think you would look even bigger if you dropped about 25 lbs and got leaner. you would still be over 240 and be alot leaner. your arms and delts look good you are just carrying extra weigh in your pecs and abs. overall you look good
