Also, not one study exists that Proves that distilled water is beneficial to a homeostatic organisim.  Distilled water was a fad of the 80's and has re-emerged.

Distilled water is only good for putting in car batteries. Its stupid to drink it instead of bottled water or a good tap water.

It's just an old saying. I have no idea where I came from. It basically means, once you get depleted & stripping the bodyfat off, you look & feel smaller than you've ever felt. After the show, you start eating & have a rebound ( put on extra muscle) & get bigger & if you watch your dieting closer than you did before your show& not let yourself get too fat afterwards, you'll be bigger & in better shape than before. When I competed, the one thing that really kept me focused during the weeks of low-carbing was continuously telling myself how great of a rebound I would & did have.

Isn't your goal to be in your best shape at the show?

Is it just me or does the shadow ruin those pics. I can't really see much going by those pics.

Agreed.  You need a better light source.  We can't see any of your conditioning.

Mike you hit your poses pretty good but can I make some minor suggestions?

When you do your most musclar variation, dont lock your knees, bend them slightly it will make your legs look thicker and it just makes you look more muscular overall.

In the side tricep, that pose is done that way but again, you will look much thicker and you will take up more space on stage if you put your back leg back and your fore leg stationary in front of your body, it gives your leg a better angle as well to show off the splits in the side of the thigh

The side chest bring your arm closest to the camera back further and tighten that trap, twist your hips towards the background and your upper body towards the camera, point your foot closest to the camera inward.

The front lat spread put your feet at about shoulder width and dont lock the knees.

In the back double bicep, raise your arms a tad bit higher, it will make your biceps peak more. Put your thighs more outwards and tighten your glutes, it will make your thighs look bigger cause of the side angle.

But overall you hit the mandatories pretty damn good.

THANKS  (appreciate the posing tips will work on those)

BTW it would probably be a good idea to wear your posing trunks so you getting more comfortable wearing them and it doesn't feel so weird.  Another thought might to invite people to watch you pose who are interested.  I mean you probably only pose in front of Laura, but it's a whole different story when your posing in front of people you don't know.
