Mike-
Great progress!, but I'd consider treating this as a "leaning out" phase but NOT compete this year.
Main reason is that IMO to compete at a bb contest, you should LOOK like a bb, not just like an "in-shape" guy - if a gymnast, amateur wrestler, or ultimate fighter (think Andrei Arlovski) is more muscular than you, you should NOT be competing as a bb!.
Of course if your goal is to just get in shape + have fun at a contest, then that's fine, but when I've entered + when I watch bb contests, I expect to be/see guys that look more muscular than gymnasts.
Right now I know you're depleted, but even so, only you'r side chest + BDB look ~OK. Even if you lean out more + carb up, you'll still at most look like a guy who works out but wont be impressive as a BB.
It'd be better to pull a post-NOC, pre-first Olympia Dorian Yates plan - that is, stop the dieting but continue to EAT CLEAN but high calories + concentrate on gaining mass again, particularly in your lat width, chest, and quads/hams.
THEN you can enter a show + "look" like a real bb!
G'luck whatever you do.
