The contest leg jiggling was as gay as a horse cock is long.

Agree with that.

You can't do that if you don't have monster legs Mike, or else it look silly

You have to practice holding your poses longer.  Starting at the 12-week mark, I would do each pose 3 times and hold each for a minute (5x per week).  I think it may have helped me bring out detail...who knows.  But it definitely helped me learn how to hit a pose hard, while making it seem effortless...

::)  Concerning the 'leg jiggling'.... Meh.  Monkey see, monkey do.  That's all it is.  You see it in amateur sports all the time.  Young kids playing basketball... practicing Jordan's patented style, hanging their tongues out of their mouths.  Sure, the thought of "Who do you think you are?" comes to mind sometimes.  It's all relative though... if your legs are more massive than all the other guys on stage come game day... F#ck it.. jiggle all you want IMO.

FFS... I thought I wasn't gonna write this so far out, but...

Looks like you're coming along fairly good with your diet mang. Seems like you're doing a sensible diet which has allowed you to keep your metabolism fairly high.

You got a healthy look. Keep it up.

all i can say is mike... when you finished your 'comp' ... FFS get on a mass cycle... do a pro cycle .. do somethin .... pin your ass everyday with somethin ... cuz when you strip down the bf ... there aint much there mate!

anyone can look like a 20 stone sack of shit by overeatin and trainin ... but there is an EXTREME  lack of quality there, now you are no longer a big lump.

1500mg of test per week  and shit loads of tren  .. otherwise forget it!
