I don;t see why a faster metabolism for whatever reason means your genetics are shit...
I mean sure we can say somebody has shit genetics looking at their structure and muscle bellies etc..
but the process by which somebody achieves a certain physique doesn't really matter
If Dennis Wolf consumed 4k calories ED in the off season to achieve his 2008 Olympia appearance yet Dorian consumed 5k calories ED at his 1993 Olympia appearance... does it really matter? fuck no
