the assholes always say how you are a muslim and post your half naked pictures!!.. as if christianity allows them to do so!!.. the difference between them and us is that we respect our relegion while most of them consider their relegion just an option..

Height is 178cm, current weight is 68kg at around 8-9% BF.
I'd like to be 75kg at around 6-7% BF, that's my long-term goal once my injuries are healed.

Pulled my right chest and left biceps.

Do you know if it is the muscle or the tendon, i ask becasue if it was just the muscle, it should heal relatively quickly (unless you tore it)

No bruising, swelling?
No doubt about it...

I know. It's probably the tendon in both cases. :-\
No bruising and swelling, checked for that.

Yep, sounds like the tendon.

Do you remember exactly when it (they) happened, or do you think they both appeared over a period of time (if that makes sense)?
No doubt about it...

Pulled the chest on dips, the biceps on pulldowns.

If it has been bugging you for a while, get it checked out. Always good to get a professional opinion, rather than self diagnose.

Other than that, just always warm up good, gentle but regular stretches and obviously avoid any exercises that aggravate it. If it hurts after a workout/whenever, ice it (20 mins every hour), or if necessary apply some NSAI cream.

I pretty much do all of that, thanks man. Most of my injuries occured with warmup sets in perfect form. I guess I'm just prone to small injuries. Getting older too I guess.

You've had any workout injuries yet?

Hyperextended my knee playing Rugby League 2 years ago, still gives me grief today (not a aworkout injury, but affects my training)

Lateral and medial epicondylitis (tennis AND golfers elbow) in my left elbow.

Strained my right bicep a while ago (thought i may have suffered a partial distal bicep tear), not too sure.
No doubt about it...
