now read the diet i wrote here,,its a diet rich in calories,,,dont do even one second cardio only lift very heavy 4-5 times a week,,,have some solid foundation dont be a fella who just enter the gym becaise you do need to have some experience for what gh15 writes,,

you see many times fellas in gyms who have no clue about diet and are on leq and testosterone who are absolutrely big muscular and low body fat,,they have no clue about clean diets,,
the prodiucts i outline here almost elminiate the need to diet clean UNLESS it is 4% that you want ,,for 4% you will have to clean your diet but for 6-7% there wil never be a need to clean diet EVER
also with out hormones no one can do it because the moment ones eat very clean is the moment ones shrink and get flat ,,it always happen even if you play with carb intake...you will lose too much muscle to make any impression on any one as of 2009,, that is ofcourse if youre TRULY natural,,
