I tell all the little tike's just starting to train tha if they take there vitamines and say there prayers they won't need steroids.It just might take um 6 months longer to look like Arnold.
Keep your elbows "in" when doing skullcrushers.actually its an overkill for the joints and guys with some mass on their tris can't really "close" their elbows.as always this coming from skinny geeks with 13 inch arms.
What do you suggest for skullcrushers then?
