I think the problem lies in that people are using their own definition of "success" and "sanity" or "creativity" and applying it to him. Perhaps a success to Peter Paul is Dancing in a rose garden wearing a hula skirt for an hour. Some may not see the value in it, but if he does, then so be it.
I see your point about gauging success in different ways, and I definitely think, in general, you are right.
Let people judge their own level of success.
But as far as Peter Paul and onlyme and "dodger" - I specifically asked them about how the Sillysaurs project were going.
Because I recalled how David Paul in an interview back in an Musclemag some 6-7 years ago claimed his brother Peter "was just on the brink" on breaking big with something called Sillysaurs.
And neither you or I, or anyone else, have seen these Sillysaurs yet.
So I have to assume that it's not going the way Peter Paul was planning 7 years ago.
But as a general, I agree with you about not judging success in other people.
