Yeah, I think that Avatar pic was taken about 3 or 4 yrs ago. That was before my elbows started bothering me. I use to do really heavy overhead dumbbell extensions (two handed), heavy weighted dips (regular, seated and bench) and close grip benches on the smith machine. Those were my favorites but I use to throw a lot different exercises in my routines. Years before that it use to do heavy nosebreakers. I think that's what did my elbows in. Nowadays I have to take it easy. They've gone down a bit over the past few years but I'm not giving up. Trying to find something that won't irritate my elbows and still help me keep my mass. Just ordered some Inzer elbow wraps for the days when I just feel like throwing the weight around.

I hear you on the elbows dude, that's the one thing that i am dealing with as the years add up. I just warm them up real good and basically tolerate it. Some days it can be pretty damn painful.
Give close grip on the decline a whirl. that's my meat and potatoes tricep move. I keep my thumbs about 4 inches apart which makes it less stressful
