Author Topic: I cannot get past a 225 bench press. Help! (Read 6911 times)

Unlikely, but thanks anyway.

As we have discussed before, I am enormously privileged to have not been born in a 3rd world country.

Still, I have the same problem with poor benching compared to other exercises.

Tried learning powerlifting technique from someone and doing powerlifting programs?
