We should simply have them pose in pics and videos since according to him they are all that matters.  You cannot judge by pics and vids. Do you really think that all pics are not touched up?  I guarantee you they sharpen and lighten or darken pics so they look good when put up on sites.  I've gone to shows and seen guys look ok at best and then seen posted pics later and they all of a sudden look great.  It's not an accurate way to judge.
