Ok, just so we're clear, all this stuff was shot at the start of my de-twinking program earlier this year. But, because I don't mind ya taking a piss, feel free to get your shots in. I deserve it! lol

HA! You've never seen me before? At that time, I was a total twink, a real skinnyfat. I'm not a bodybuilder (I only do real sports - *wink* @ B), but do eat and train like one now. A little motivation is a wonderful thing and this lifestyle - even though it's only been 6 months back in the gym - has definitely improved my life.
